Giving Back To The Denver Area Community We Serve
Plumbline and our employees are proud active community participants. Below are just a few of the activities we support and take part in.
South Suburban Parks & Recreation 2013
As a continued effort of our commitment to youth athletics, we are proudly supporting South Suburban Parks and Recreation again in 2013. We kicked off our sponsorship events at the High Line Canal Run. We spent the morning with the runners handing out apples, bananas, water bottles and granola bars. One of our employees even ran the 5K. It was a beautiful Saturday morning and we love attending this event every year.
We were at the Colorado Garden and Home Show for the 9th year in a row this year. We featured equipment from all of our service lines and a fully functioning furnace and air conditioner. We even offered the guests a chance to win some complimentary services.
The Castle Rock Starlighting just feels like the kick off to holiday season. We spent another afternoon passing out goodies to the people gathered there to watch the star light after sunset.
We had a lot of fun at the Castle Rock parade this year. Members of our staff dressed up and we got a good laugh at watching a toilet, shower, furnace and electrical outlet running down the road.
Monthly $500 Family In Need Donation
Every month Plumbline donates $500 to a family in need in our community. One month we heard the story of Abigail. She has special needs and required a special chair for the family van so she could travel safely. Plumbline donated the $8000 the family needed to get Abigail her chair.
Castle Rock, Colorado Community Parade Float
We poke a little fun at ourselves and have fun with our neighbors with our parade float. The front of the float is a huge toilet where a group of plumbers stand and wave. We even won first place one year for our unique entry.
Pizza Night At Children’s Hospital
Plumbline sponsors a pizza night at Children’s Hospital in partnership with our local Harley Davidson dealer the first Tuesday of each month. We bring in pizza and soft drinks and serve it to the kids.
Parks And Recreation Sponsorships
Plumbline sponsors youth athletics year round to support healthy activities and growth for the kids in our community. We donate to the Highlands Ranch Parks, South Suburban Parks and Castle Rock Parks in the Denver, Colorado area. We support teams year round that play Soccer, T-Ball, Basketball and Football. We also provide our Comfort Station shade tent where parents and kids can get refreshments at many park activities.
